The Testament of Ann Lee was very good, though there was one scene where my dumb ass had a brief thought -- yet not without reason -- "Wait a minute, was she a werewolf?"

Organist at the Music Box asked if there were any requests and it took all my willpower to not yell out "The Boys Are Back In Town"

I got Google assistant converted to Gemini and made the voice Australian, but I wish I could make it MORE Australian. I want barely incomprehensible "Oi mate" in every response.

Yup, some of what became the Venture Bros score was originally from his Steroid Maximus project

Foetus, BLOW and Foetus, FLOW -- JG Thirlwell just put out his final album as Foetus, HALT, let's honor him with 2001's double releases.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch original motion picture soundtrack -- I'm not a musical theater guy but these songs rip

Adult., RESUSCITATION -- Yeah it's a compilation of hard-to-find singles and EPs, but we've had those before, and many of the tracks were reworked for this album release. Plus we need more electro.

Current 93 and Nurse With Wound, BRIGHT YELLOW MOON -- My token "one vote received" submission

Some rarer stuff I want to boost:

Guitar Vader, FROM DUSK -- Did you play Jet Set Radio? Remember how awesome the soundtrack was? This was a big part of why.

Casiotone For the Painfully Alone, POCKET SYMPHONIES FOR LONESOME SUBWAY CARS -- The exact opposite of my previous recommendation

This is the one that unfortunately popped into my head

Wow yup that's a name I haven't heard in 20 years

Which band is that?

Oh damn, that's dumb. The hybrid model was a nice compromise.

Have you used it? It's fine. Still no phones once the movie starts, paper slips only at that point. Checkout is easier and faster than the old receipts.

"Welcome to the hospital waiting room. Please turn all your electronics devices up to maximum volume, and if you have children here's a Bluetooth speaker so they can get their devices up even louder."

Reminds me of this

I'll be honest, that seems explicable for you

Suddenly adding “MADE WITH REAL POTATOES” after 90 years of making potato chips has some real “not involved with human trafficking” energy

Yeah, I think that's why it was so high, everything reset. Speed running my FSA usage once again.

Love when a medical supplier says they'll confirm the price for me before they ship, then they don't and I get a surprise $800 charge on my card

Collected editions were important to have because you used to not be able to take a portable supercomputer with all the world's books, movies, and games on it into the bathroom when you poop.
why did so many millennials read so many newspaper comics? easily 60 percent of my reading diet in elementary/middle school was collected editions of calvin and hobbes, farside, dilbert, peanuts, doonesbury (!), foxtrot (?!?) and i know im not alone. historically unique phenomenon
rather than talk about Scott Adams I want to talk about something weirder (me). Who else was really into Dilbert when you were 12. Who else was like, boy, I can't wait to work a cubicle job

Remember when Thunderbolts* did a marketing campaign acting like it was an A24 art house movie?

I hope Street Fighter does that with some "The Testament of Chun-Li" posters.
