Did a mud run today. It was rainy and 50°F 🥶 got 2 nasty blisters from soaked, ill-fitting shoes. Think I pulled a hip flexor. 10/10 will do again.

Watching water weight fall off has a way of making me feel super human.
I know i did not lose 4 pounds of fat in 2 days. But it sure feels good to see the number drop that fast anyway.
