Similar to what Helena suggested, I use 'minoritised' because it denotes the process. Some use 'racially minoritised' to highlight processes of racism, etc

Note in Lancet about denialist + revisionist Milei. After questioning the number of victims during campaign, Milei follows through by shutting down ex-ESMA. Has also shut down dept for anti-gender violence in related far-right attacks against health and human rights
