ICE has already been caught lying that a person they shot was trying to run them over when the car was stopped or was moving in the other direction. It was in Brighton Park, Chicago. ICE tried to sell the lie by charging the driver with a crime, but it was such a lie it didn't even make it to court.

for people far removed from the actual suffering of the oppressed in this country, spontaneity in action seems far-fetched. spontaneity does not mean something that comes out of nothing. it's understanding that before organization, people themselves do surmise their own situation and then ACT.

i welcome foos getting into Debord & the S.I., but know they were wrong about worker's councils. this is something which was developed later wherein anti-state communists, like some anarchists, realized you cannot abolish the proletarian condition by simply affirming itself in the workplace.
