Currently got a friend in a psychiatric hold that they almost died waiting for, at a unit with so few beds that others *will be dying* before they get to them. Mental health provision in this country is shockingly inadequate and I've got no patience for anyone pretending otherwise.

If you go Land's End out of season you get to take your photo with the OG post* for free instead of queuing for hours and paying £10 for a photo with the new one

Just ignore the bit that since basically forever the left has been asked to hold their nose and vote for parties that barely offer any of what we want and many, myself included, made that compromise at various points (not the last election don't @ me).
There is an extraordinary sense of entitlement behind the belief that there ought to be political party that aligns 100% with your own opinions.

Went to return the projector I bought to CEX explaining i couldn't get it connected to anything without downloading a dodgy app which I didn't try because I wasn't willing to do something that daft. Thought I'd get a credit note, which, fine, can always use that on DVDs or whatever.
