OPM has posted the proposed Schedule F (i.e., Schedule Policy/Career) rule. I plan to write an analysis of the changes for @lawfaremedia.org but it will be a few days. I will have my analysis long before the deadline in case anyone is waiting for purposes of commenting.

These people are monsters. If this is how they are treating a man who THEY ADMITTED did nothing wrong, they can do this to any of us!
The only appropriate response to this is impeachment and removal from office. Every moment the political press spends spinning out theories about 2026 and immigration polling is a minute they are not spending asking Republicans in Congress about their plans to enforce the rule of law

Today is the deadline Judge Gibson set for additional arguments from the plaintiffs in the Utah Redistricting case on tossing the maps.
The legislature will then have a week to respond. After which the plaintiffs could submit an additional response
