I’m quite glad to have today more or less done with. The whole business is a bit ludicrous. I feel its weight even though I ignore most of it.

The final baking session. Cardamom buns — one each for Christmas morning, and the rest over the following weeks/months.
They’re in the freezer now, and will be taken out to thaw and rise overnight, ready for baking in the morning as needed.
