So I made a friend through my cancer support group. And it's been great, because everyone knows how hard it is to make friends as an adult, and she's awesome, smart, vivacious, and *gets it*-- our shared experience and what it's like for us.

I'm down 8lbs so far since restarting Zep and they are the most noticeable 8lbs of the entire thing! 230 -> 200 at the beginning of the year, I didn't notice at all. It's nice to have visible results finally.
