Hey yall!

For the last 3 years or so I’ve been working hard on my first comic book. And now, I’m ready to share it with the world.

Just wrapped up final art for the first 12 pages of my comic--Star Wielder.

Here's a preview.

This book is gonna be 54 pages of story, soooo I still have a ways to go. But I'm celebrating this milestone.
Through 4 panels, an armored alien princess holding a glowing crystal, flies through darkness surrounded by energy. The princess arrives surrounded by a fiery red haze as the crystal gradually builds in energy--ready to explode.

Wrapping up this page from my comic, Star Wielder #1. I'm really proud of it. It features Kieshuana, an alien princess, political refugee, and one of the key protagonists from the first issue.

Ever since the Kickstarter for my comic ended successfully I've been hard at work amping up my pages.

Having a bit more financial security allows me to not rush through the process while working more intentionally and consistently.

Know what creates empathy? Books. Reading about people unlike ourselves and experiences we'll never have. Which is why some people want to remove those books and discourage reading. Kids and adults should read widely. Most spend their spare time online, which is where indoctrination often begins.

I am having a hard time reconciling "Charlie Kirk was a fierce advocate of open dialogue and free expression" with "we must identify and persecute everyone who is insufficiently mournful"
After Charlie Kirk's death, teachers and professors nationwide fired or disciplined over social media posts
At least a dozen faculty and staff have faced fallout over insensitive comments online.
