Ice cube trays are so handy for broth, herbs, yogurt, compound butter, berry compote, etc. Get the ones with the silicone bottom for easy removal.
If you have an ice cube tray, fill a few and freeze them. Then you can use them like bouillon whenever the mood strikes and you don’t have to use all of it all at once.
I got some good ass drippings from this chicken but I don’t feel like making a gravy. I should freeze em, huh? I’ve never done that before.
