Accountant by day, stoner and awful sports takes by night. Illini/Arsenal/Packers/Cardinals fan, so I’m used to being disappointed.

I wonder when these articles will start to shift from the woefully-naive “they don’t understand” to the much-more-accurate “they know, and it’s completely intentional”.

Until that shift happens, there really won’t be any meaningful change, and the Trump Administration will continue bulldozing.

Imagine publicly saying that you are on the side of “slavery didn’t happen, and we refuse to tell you historical facts”.
Update: The Trump administration filed an appeal on Wednesday to the judge's ruling that the removed slavery exhibit in Philadelphia be returned.

“ChatGPT, someone offered me $10 or $10 million. Which should I choose?”

“$10 million would create a big tax liability, so take the $10. You can use the $10 for a subscription to ChatGPT Premium!”
It’s so funny to think about the fact that there’s people out there deferring every life decision to this

Perhaps his greatest crime is trying to claim “Chicago” when he’s clearly in Lake Zurich, 40 full miles away from downtown.

A very underrated part of all…*gestures wildly* THIS, is corporations having shifted from “sign this NDA to protect our company’s deepest secret” to “our deepest secret is that we’re actually criminals, so sign this NDA to protect us from you ratting us out”.
SCOOP: Tensions at Palantir have grown in recent weeks over the company's work with ICE.

On Friday, CEO Alex Karp tried to calm concerns in an hourlong video that offered few specifics—instead offering NDAs to workers who want to understand how it's empowering ICE.

LUTNICK: I did have lunch w/ him as I was on a boat going across on a family vacation. My wife was with me as were my 4 children and nannies. We had lunch on the island. That's true. For an hour. We left with all of my children
