I wonder how far we can go in rethinking social media. I understand a lot of oxygen is spent on arguments over staying on vs. leaving twitter, but, having submitted a decent chunk of my life to twitter, I'm hoping for more than "leave bad twitter for good twitter" as a solution.

I try to gauge my feelings of having/not having kids throughout different times and events in my life and this Easter I feel a little jealous? But then I remind myself that kids are way more than Easter egg hunts and frilly holiday outfits

I went to see my freshman year college roommate yesterday. The only real big fight we ever got into was her annoyance with me smoking pot (in general, in the house, etc). And after seeing the childhood she grew up - the house, the farms, the support. I’m sure it was easy for her to be confused why

People who are religious make me so internally angry because please be so for real. I will never be disrespectful and I believe everyone has the right to follow their own practices but we have moved past the need for religion as a society.

It’s genuinely mind blowing to me how I can be more independent, more emotionally stable, more understanding, more knowing of my worth, more ambitious, more successful, and reaching more goals than people who are 5, 10, 15, 20+ years older than me.
