Let’s be clear, nuclear fuel rods are MORE deadly AFTER use in a reactor. Yet now Dept of Energy gets test & run new power reactors in Idaho w/out public scrutiny or review of safety & potential harm to water, air, soil & wildlife? Where EXACTLY will they store the new waste for thousands of years?

After being held in two of them as a boy, I fought for decades urging America to never again build concentration camps and put human beings in them. It breaks my heart to watch this happen twice now in my own lifetime.

For all who died in ICE custody, for Alex & Rene Nicole, for those shot by ICE & survived, for the injured, scared, detained, for the many who died in fishing boats & when bombs fell on their city, for all those suffering & in pain from cruelty & neglect of this president, I lit a candle tonight.
