#IDAHO Right now Congress is poised to pass that ugly #bigbeautifulbill with language MANDATING the SALE of YOUR national #forest & BLM public lands to the highest bidder. Mansions and fences instead of #wildlife, solitude, #hunting & #fishing. Affordable housing this is NOT.

With all the pain & cruelty in the world, some days it was just the pair of Idaho mountain blue birds that made me smile & got me through. This is the 3rd year they nested in a hole in our soffit. Today the male hit our window chasing a swallow & died. Thanks for giving this human joy. I'm sorry.

When I was an Idaho State Senator, our local public radio gave each of us in the House & Senate a copy of the US #Constitution —maybe because no other document matters more to anyone serving at any level in every branch of US Government

Ten years ago they held a hearing where we told our stories. Still we’ve never been added to the law. Let’s gather in memory & radiance
