Most books on personal improvement (I'm reading one now that shall remain nameless) spend the first 80-120 pages describing what you are going to learn in the remaining 20-30 pages. Padding your content to turn an essay into a book is never one of the lessons though.

In the US specifically, tackle political corruption, regulate AI & Tech, reverse wealth inequality, fight the climate crises. Any other to-do list is to distract from the fact that Gov't is stealing from the middle & working class.
