If you find stories are a little too easy to predict, I recommend going into your settings and turning off foreshadowing.

While I had 3d modeling experience before I hadn't touched the stuff in years and Pseudoregalia was the first time I'd ever seriously used blender. I made a lot of building props that ended up getting kitbashed around the game later.

Is anyone besides me heavily disinterested in hero shooters and other character based service games BECAUSE the teams can't keep the aesthetic of the world cohesive for a whole year.

The time to beachwear skins feels like it gets shorter & shorter & all these games become grey goo with no cohesion.
