Dabbles in art. Location? Just turn left at Dogger Bank. Hoping for better here than the ToXic swamp. Revelling in a post Tory Britain. Waiting for Sanity to return to The World...

I suggest we all contact our local MPs,of all colours, to question why they are still on there. We're past the point of looking away. There needs to be a mass exodus to starve the platform of revenue. When the herd moves, so will the government.
Oh there's definitely movement now but the longer Starmer puts off the inevitable the weaker he makes himself look.

This gentleman is a casualty of Bezos’ gutting of the Washington Post. Is there anyone out there looking for a man with his talent & experience?

Well, I was laid off at The Washington Post today.

It's been an honor to work with some of the best journalists in the business.

I'm hoping to continue reporting, producing videos and finding long-forgotten archival footage.

If you have any openings, reach out.

SORKIN: You just said it's unusual for a Republican to tell the truth?

KERNEN: It's unusual to be factual about something that right now is a senator's opinion

TILLIS: It's also unusualto try to undermine the Fed

K: LBJ threw a Fed Chair against the wall

T: Did he indict him?

K: No

T: Exactly

If this was to appease Trump it never works. Trump is the Reverse Midas. Everyone/thing he touches turns to sh**. No-one comes away from him without smelling of his ordure. There aint enough soap in the World to scrub clean his taint...
Yep, a crucial element. There was no problem too solve. They had a pro in place. But they had to play Westminster silly buggers.
It is worth recalling that the position of U.K. Ambassador to the US was not vacant at the time the Prime Minister chose to appoint Peter Mandelson to the role. A highly competent and respected woman was replaced.

What we should always remember about the Labour Party IS that is a party. It isn't just an unpopular leader, it is some really good people who are fighting constantly to make things better & fighting for victims.
Amidst the noise, we must never forget the voices of the women and children who were trafficked and assaulted for years by Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful accomplices.

Mandelson should never have been pushed for the role of US ambassador, he and other hugely powerful men must be held to account.

I fear a bloodbath as it’s obvious they are angling for one.
Steve Bannon, "We're going to have ICE surround the polls come November. We're not going to let you steal the country"

"You can whine and cry and throw your toys out of the pram all you want"

"But we will never again allow an election to be stolen again"

There’s some really, really overcompensating going on here. Such an inadequate man…
Taste-free zone.
I hadn't realised there was a design for the gargantuan planned 'Arc de Trump' in Washington DC. It's so gaudy! And much bigger than any other triumphal arch in the world (in fact, second only to Hitler's planned Berlin arch), so it will certainly stick out like a sore thumb.

Only the start hopefully...
Per BBC, “Police specialising in combating cyber-crime, assisted by Europol, have raided the offices of Elon Musk's social media platform, X, in France.”
Musk's X office in France raided by Paris prosecutor
The Paris prosecutor says its cyber-crime unit is conducting a search of X's offices.

Strange that all the Brits named in the Epstein files have faced consequences - Andrew & Mandelson now publicly & deservedly disgraced. It's not enough I know, but it's a start.

All the Americans named? Nothing. Tumbleweed. It's almost as if someone in high office is running a protection racket...

Nothing to do with me it was Crooked Hilary & Crooked Bill. Still playing his Greatest Hits I see...
Trump: "When Epstein was alive, like 10 years ago, nobody cared about him. But now it's really hitting back on them because Bill Clinton is such a big part of it. It's turning out to be the Democrats who conspired with Epstein. So I think you're probably gonna see a little pullback from them."
