A lot of Democrats warned about these exact things because they were in Project 2025. A lot of the press dismissed them and then reported Trump had “nothing to do with Project 2025” and “disavowed” it. (Instead of just flatly saying he was lying because of course he was!)
If you had shown me this picture in a Democratic campaign ad last fall, I would have rolled my eyes at the ridiculous overkill

Tennessee and Florida are in the bottom of the 1st right now, but I can’t watch it because the @ESPN app still thinks that the game started at 3:00. They moved it up to 2:30 for weather. Yesterday.
It’s amazing how inept that app is.

One of my companies informed me they cancelled a $2m conference in Florida. Why ?
They didn’t feel they could pass on the incremental cost of tariffs. So they are cutting expenses.
That’s a city that lost a ton of tourism revenue.

C — what matters is organizing the voters. More town halls, more stories of how peoples lives are being destroyed by Repubs. Consistent communication. Vague demonstrations disconnected from the people are not much value. Also, restart the campaign website. “It’s the people dummy.”

They do seem like inconsistent positions, but the attacks on teachers was really about dismantling public schools to get taxpayer dollars for home schoolers and private charter schools run by charlatans.
