Stunned and horrified by what has happened in this country. Do not understand why people want a fascist regime here or what benefits they perceive will serve them!

The thing about Mamdani is that he’s a talented politician but not otherworldly or one in a billion, he’s just a competent guy with popular ideas who ran against an entitled piece of shit and to me it’s a lot more optimistic to imagine 1000 campaigns like his than to view him as a unique phenomenon

I don’t want Chuck Schumer out because of his no vote to end the shut down. I want Chuck Schumer out because he couldn’t control his caucus and 8 of the people in it defected to the fascist side and voted with them!
He needs to be gone as Senate minority leader like yesterday!

Yeah it's ludicrous that this infantile vindictive pos is president. I'd laugh ,but I live here. If the majority of Americans support this kind of governance the place can burn to the ground and we can start over.

Never should've happened.
These politicians making hundreds of thousands and they caused this shitshow.
They didn't do their job.
They're the ones who should be docked.

Voters want a Democratic Party that fights back against the forces that have rigged the system and made their lives more difficult.
A party that comforts the afflicted and afflicts the comfortable —not a party that buckles and capitulates.
When will party leadership learn this lesson?

Democrats seem to think the pivoting to the center makes them most electable but all it does it piss *everyone* off.
Having beliefs/a backbone and being authentic is the best way to win elections. People are fucking sick of croneyism and corporate suck ups and that is why Zohran cruised to victory

If you think the people throwing Great Gatsby-esque parties for themselves, while millions were denied their food assistance, are all of a sudden going to grow a conscience and save affordable healthcare, you clearly have not been paying attention.
