I see a lot of people talking about Bluesky replacing that other place. I’m seeing it more like coming here is renovating my own social media home. Gone are the stained walls, odorous drafts and noisy neighbours. It just feels good.
Has it occurred to anyone else that Felon47’s proposed 1 year cap on CC interest rates is actually going to lead to increased long term CC debt load? Billionaires get generational wealth and everyone gets generational debt.

It definitely won’t happen but it would be amazing if the federal judge at Maduro’s arraignment today ruled that the US didn’t have jurisdiction or legal authority in the case and dismissed all charges with prejudice. One can dream.

I’m pretty sure this article just comes down to the fact that for profit healthcare providers are the problem. Overcharging $200M+ for dead people is fraud.

I was going to say I’m surprised by the administration’s reaction to videos saying troops don’t have to follow illegal orders. I’m not. I completely expected the administration to assume people were calling their orders illegal.
