Dr. Melissa Davis's work on impact of ancestry at genetic level adds important level of complexity to the breast cancer disparity conversation between Black and White patients. Bottom line--its not ALL about SDH.Her team is looking at biological factors interacting with SD factors.

1) serve in positions to improve DEI
2) pursue DEI-related fellowships/awards

These folks could have chosen not to heed our call.
