Expect cynicism, sarcasm and leg pulling.
The BBC Board seems to be a collection of sheep and one rottweiler. Pathetic, no evidence of any self-reflection.

What a ridiculous country the US has become.
BREAKING🚨🚨🚨: Judge rules Trump pick Lindsey Halligan illegally appointed to US Attorney post, dismisses Comey & James cases. But "without prejudice," so they could be refiled although Comey's attorneys say statute of limitations has run. w/ @kyledcheney.bsky.social www.politico.com/news/2025/11...
Comey, James cases dismissed as judge disqualifies interim US attorney Lindsey Halligan
A judge concluded Halligan’s appointment violated laws that limit the ability of DOJ to install top prosecutors without Senate confirmation.

The DCMS committee should be inviting the guy behind the chair of the BBC Board. He seems to know everything, nodding along with all responses.

"I know you haven't got unlimited time" says Foster to minister Kyle. This is on a programme which truncates important items for tin-eared trivial self promotion and fixed times for religion, sports and weather.

DOGE has ceased to be. After performative destruction of US government services at home and abroad, it has been wound up.
Someone should ask Farridge how successful his county council copy has been.

The decision to downplay the importance of the public sector and give private companies free rein was the fundamental cause of a fragmented response to the pandemic. The Tories were and are useless at running a mixed economy.

Why does #r4today book these outliers to come and skew the conversation? Why is it always Justin Webb who joins in? Carl Heneghan was railing against the ideas of face masks and lockdown throughout the epidemic.
