Sometimes families go through rough times. And that includes chosen family. I’m not any less thankful for them. I just miss them and wish them well. I will continue to respect the space requested and await the day they have healed enough to reach out to me again.

Gluten intolerance has made these much easier for me. Rolls and mac and cheese just don’t make the menu.
My mom makes me a special gluten free stuffing (the last time I tried to eat the regular stuffing I was sick for days.)
