They’re telling you…

That prices are down, while all your bills are going up.

That tariffs don’t raise prices, but now they’re lowering tariffs for some items in order to…wait for it…reduce prices.

That they don’t have money for SNAP or healthcare, while they send $40B to Argentina.

Like her namesake, Warby has flown west to chase the sun, and what a beautiful evening to send her on her way. Goodbye, old friend. You were a magnificent kitty. I'll carry you with me, the rest of my days.

Three raccoons, an adult and two older kits, stopped by to eat some kibble and fruit, and left three stones in appreciation. Fair trade, to me.

Times like this, I almost wish I didn't know history as much as I do. Ignorance would be bliss.

Why is it called "Big Oil"

In the first quarter of 2025
Exxon reported a net profit of
$7,710,000,000.

That is $22.67 for every person
In the United States,
Adult and child,
In the last 3 months.

It cost the average American taxpayer
Less than $1 in that time
To fully fund NOAA.

Okay but you guys are gonna keep referring to them as Spending Cuts anyway so who's the idiot here
NYT: One estimate finds that DOGE’s “firings, re-hirings, lost productivity and paid leave of thousands of workers” will actually COST taxpayers “upward of $135 billion this fiscal year.”

X is not worth 33 billion. He basically just paid himself $33B from another company, presumably to pay off his debts from the initial buy because he knows he'll never be able to raise the capital from X itself.

He is his own ponzi scheme.
