Some progress on #Murtop for the #NES:

- Started working on explosions (very glitchy).
- Added collision boxes for rocks, enemies, etc.
- Added a winning animation with a cool fade out!
- Implemented the bonus score screen.

I know they're not as optimal as the ones that @W4Games make, but they're good enough for many smaller games :)
