#LTHEchat A1 Flourishing in the w/place is enabled when there is a sense that it's the people and what they do, the values they hold and enact - that create the insitution. There needs to be a sense of shared history & common purpose. The space to work, strive, experiment, belong & experience joy

A2 To me it refers to the fact knowledge is freely accessible but critical thinking (selecting info, finding connections, critical analysis, applying knowledge in new contexts) is what needs to be taught and developed in HE

A5 we ran a workshop today that touched on workload, we said developing good quality content upfront will take time, however, it will be a smarter approach, because once a piece of good quality content is done, it can be reused for a few years and/or across different cohorts/modules. #LTHEchat
