I've been a sailor for two weeks.... passed through a regatta off the Isle of Wight yesterday. Sheer panic on the inside but calm on the exterior. No shouting from the other boats so I'll take that as a win 🤣

I'm going to say this - Rachel Reeves is a lady of a certain age under a lot of pressure. It was inevitable that crying would happen. It becomes uncontrollable at times. The media is bang out of order making more of it than it was.

I am currently a dog carer for Petstay Norfolk and love every minute of it. I do it with my family so when I'm out at work there's one or two of us at home with our doggy guest. Tomorrow our current guest goes home after 19 days. We are all a bit sad. #kingcharlescavalier
