De biografie lezend van Pieter Zeeman, is het opvallend dat veel grote natuurkundigen de HBS hebben gedaan, niet het gymnasium. K. Onnes, Zeeman, Lorentz, Van der Waals. Maar om te concluderen dat de HBS een waardevolle opleiding was, moeten we eerst realiseren dat we conditioneren op een collider
