Just a couple of hypsometric tint test of Europe. I think the second one should have bathimetric colours to, we'll see with the shaded relief the final effect!

We're working on a couple of custom maps.
As far as I am concerned, the most difficult part is always to get clear labeling.
For this project I decided to create a text mask under the text, with an opacity of 50%.
I think the result may be okay, but I am open to suggestions!

The colour palette needed a different ramp and in the first version we had used too much relief, which we want to tone down.

This is a WIP. We already have some maps of Europe, but we had decided to give a clean cut to the borders. This one is more harmonious and follows the border of the countries.
We hope to finalize them soon.
