Nowadays, if I have nowhere I NEED to be and my train gets delayed twice (no matter how long the delay is; e.g., <5 mins), I leave. Because the vast majority of the time, the train gets canceled. DB delayed my train by 2 then 5 mins. Later, I saw that the train had been canceled.
