For my Very First Sheet Pan Recipe, I went with the NYT's approximation of shrimp fried rice. I added celery, onion, carrot and fried egg. And it was pretty good, although the rice really stuck like hell to the foil I lined my baking sheet with. Shown here with a smashed cuke salad.
