If your brain’s super tired & you’re struggling to get going but you have stuff to do so don’t have the option to hibernate then hi, me too. This photo’s for your brain-if you pause on it for a few moments it’s likely to dial down your stress hormone & trigger dopamine release: a small mind hack 🐚

I'd like to sell the last three remaining copies of the poetry anthology 'The Joy of Living' which I edited for @dreich.bsky.social in order to raise money for The Maggie's Centres. They're 6£/copy +p&p. Whoever buys these books is also in for a chance to win a copy of my pamphlet, 'kinscapes'.
