The more this place reminds me of why I liked social media so much the more I realise that I stopped doing so a long time ago. It’s extraordinary what happened. The volume & violence of posts from accounts you had never shown the slightest interest in just exploded. It *must* have been deliberate.

App is definitely experiencing some major slowdown today, but it’s important to be cognizant of the fact that a platform gaining millions upon millions of users in a very short timespan is going to need some time to adapt to such an influx.
