Damn I had no idea my voice actor friends were "paid too much" when they provide work that can literally make or break a character in a video game but interesting thought there hm

My husband just tossed in the donate pile a ton of men's dress shirts he says doesn't fit anymore. We leave next week for Toronto and I WANT TO GO SOMEWHERE FANCY ONE NIGHT FOR DRINKS.

MY MAN WILL BE NAKED.

At 5 a.m. on Nov. 9, 1942, German submarine U-518 dropped off Werner von Janowski at Chaleur Bay, Quebec.
His orders were to go to Montreal to conduct espionage.
It didn't take long to raise the suspicions of locals.
This is the story of a pretty terrible spy.

A lot of schools and colleges have food pantries for their students. Call your local schools/check their websites and see if donations are being taken.
My husband and I donated to our local food bank today—please do the same if you have the means. Our communities really need us right now. Everyone deserves to eat!

A tradition as old as the Steelers continues on. Pittsburgh hasn't had a Republican mayor since 1933.

Happy Halloween! 🎃 I'm a Winnipeg Jets fan in Pittsburgh here at the school today. ✈️
Not really a costume for me, but it's something comfy to wear while I work.

My friend: Don't give money to that guy (referring to a homeless man). He's not really homeless.

Me: Dude, a random stranger in this bar could ask me for a dollar and I'd give it. If I can spare it, I don't need the back story.

Freeze to death. Starve. Fevers and tuberculosis. Infections from wounds, cuts, and sores. Childbirth. The flu. Work injuries. Uninspected and unregulated food. Accidental overdoses. Poor sanitation.
Don't let TikTok tell you that modern solutions/treatments to these things are bad. We need them.
"How did people survive before______"

friend ... people used to starve to death... i hope that helps
