Eliminate the Department of Homeland Security altogether. Move TSA back to Transportation and restore FEMA as an independent agency. Sort the other half-dozen component agencies back into their natural homes.
Less criminal abuse and around $40 billion savings.

Oh, please, let this be the case! Meemaw and then Tommy will run this armpit right into the Gulf of Mexico.
While this batch of students really worked to have a good draft for peer review, the final essays are lacking in analysis, argument, and correct citation. The jump from a proposal and feedback to the essay seems to have stymied them. At least no one yet has turned in an AI-written monster.

SSI lawyer says because of age, fact he returned to work after FMLA leave, & DOGE/Trump changes, my husband with 10 different health issues can't get disability for at least 2 years if we apply now. If he applies for unemployment (laid off from NASA) still 4 years until early retirement. We're tired
