Okay completely possible this is a coincidence, but since at least semi regularly incorporating a 10 minute meditation into my bedtime routine, my digestive/IBS symptoms have calmed down a fair amount? The other benefits are too nebulous and vague to pin down but it's nice my bowels have chilled out
