All of this is heartbreaking but the feedback from patients, including those on a children's ward is harrowing.

Legal representatives for @stopoxevision.bsky.social, bereaved families, patients and @inquest-org.bsky.social have supported calls for the Lampard Inquiry to issue interim recommendations requiring EPUT to stop their use of Oxevision. You've heard the evidence, now action is needed
We have updated our website to include information on the December hearings of the Lampard Inquiry, in which legal representatives of Core Participants were given the opportunity to address the Chair on any procedural issues

The abuse of mental health patients has been standard practice in psychiatric settings for decades now. It will only stop when someone in a position to do something about it takes it seriously & considers all patients in whatever settings as worthy of care & compassion
