I love what's going on with @samriegel.bsky.social's Wicander Holovar on #criticalrole Campaign 4, embodying the George Michael line, "all we have to do now, is take these lies and make them true, somehow."

I’ve changed glasses and hats and a guy I barely know recognized me with my mask on at Sprouts.
if anyone ever tries to convince you not to mask at cons bc wearing a mask makes you less recognizable, I was just recognized at Disney World by someone I larped with at GenCon. ♥️

The sharp drop off point was when dancers/choreographers stopped sharing their creations on socials bc their work was being stolen immediately. To the point where that Fortnight game was stealing dances with no credit. We haven’t recovered since
I think BA have lost a lot of our connection to dancing. Becoming an adult with responsibilities will do that…but as humans…we dance and dancing well, the body awareness involved is not superficial. We should always be working to preserve this connection.

Player missed last #ttrpg #dnd session.

I wrote a subplot to bring them back to the narrative.

Player tells me 45 minutes before game time they will miss this session.

Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney has defended AI following Eurogamer's 2/5 Arc Raiders review, which criticised the game's use use of AI voice generation. "AI dialog generation + human personality and tuning could totally transform gaming," Sweeney said.

Remember the recent middle-of-the-night apartment building raid where children were dragged outside naked & zip-tied in the street while black & Latino residents were _sorted by race_ and piled into separate vans while their apartments were ransacked & robbed? That raid? So it resulted in 0 arrests.

Monopolies are bad. Especially in media & entertainment, like WB.

Without varying viewpoints & perspectives, this monopoly will stifle consumers use of critical thinking / deductive reasoning to ascertain what is true & what has value. It will suppress unique ideas/voices.

There's no growth.
