My trigeminal neuralgia prevents me from touching my nose. This is a new development. I can't blow or scratch my nose. I'm going to get in touch with my neurologist on Monday and see if I can get a med increase/change. This can be done with a video call. #trigeminalneuralgia #TNwarrior #chronicpain

I am trying to talk my mother into cancelling her WaPo subscription. But she's 88 and she's so used to reading the paper in the morning (and that specific paper) and she's always been somewhat obstinate.... it's kind of like, just let her have it, the amount of harm it's causing is so minuscule.

I created a song in Bandlab and the site refuses to let me publish it, citing possible copywrite violations or AI content. I've used nothing but the tools in their own web browser. Obviously I've submitted an appeal. I'll let you know how that goes.

I think there's something about the position of my head when I sleep that has to do with waking up with pain in my jaw. But I don't know what it is. All I can do is try to sleep with my head in different positions. #chronicpain #trigeminalneuralgia #tnwarrior
