If you voted for or support Donald Trump in any way shape or form

I will immediately believe you to be an asshole, and that will never be reversed
I’ve listened to the @thebulwark.com since it’s inception
I figured I’d wanna hear what our Republican friends that created this mess had to say

They pretty regularly complained about Trump and briefly touch on some Republicans, but never seem to just say the reason we’re here is because

What happened in Kerr county is the direct result of the voters of Kerr county.

Period.

Dems believe in science, climate change and that government is supposed to fund human safety infrastructure projects.

The Kerr county voters and council believed only in owning the libs.

That’s it.

My whole adult life I’ve heard Rep saying shrinking the gov Of course, while enriching themselves /blowing the deficit thr the roof.

just put that first lie aside for a minute

They expanded the gov homeland, security, larger than any other time

now they’re using it as a private police force

So this ice thing had a budget of $8 billion and now it’s up to 45+ billion with 45 billion just for detention centers

How do we survive without this before? And we need to spend that much money when they just blew the deficit through the roof.

For everyone that wanders around and says this is all just a Trump era thing

The Roberts court was created over a decade ago. Citizens united was put in place explicitly to create this environment

This is all Republican

This is not Maga.

That’s the shitty storefront they’re using.

So the anti-tax party had no problem with their asshole cult leader putting 50% tax on everything without any legislation around it

Multimillionaires eat the same amount of food, struggling people do, and yet the percentage of their income for that food is…x100000000 dif

Now Trump is hoovering in hundreds of millions in violation of the law!

That's a threat to our national security as I discussed @msnbc.com

When have Republicans ever passed any legislation that helps people instead of pretend pretending they think people are ripping them off when the fact is the people ripping them off

are the people Republicans have given tax breaks too and pretty much bent over for the last 45 years for

He blames governors for natural disasters. Is he gonna blame mr wheelchair?

As Texas officials point to the National Weather Service failing to predict the amount of rain that caused this tragedy, it’s fair to wonder if the cuts made to the dept that many warned about played a role here.

(Now add FEMA cuts & hospital closures)

My entire adult life I had to hear these Reagan conservatives gutting our government services claiming they are deficit hawks only to blow up the deficit and reward their rich

For 45 years this has been going on

Hopefully this puts to bed a whole lot of misconceptions. Like Republicans being good people, fiscally responsible people, people of faith, and that they're policies are for the working people and their families.
I truly hope this puts a definitive end to the perpetual insistence by Democrats that they can compromise with Republicans. You can't. These people are extreme, depraved, and shameless. They just stripped healthcare from 17 million people to give themselves a tax cut.

Citizens United was a ruling about whether a cable paid TV network could show a political movie 90 days before an election

The movie was about Hillary Clinton

The court didn’t decide and when they came back to decide, they decided that all corporations have power to spend unlimited $$$

Just a reminder of who Thom Tillis is:

In 2013, as N.C. House Speaker, he passed a massive voter suppression law that was struck down because it targeted Black voters "with almost surgical precision.”

In the Senate he voted against the Freedom to Vote Act and the John R. Lewis Voting Right Act.

Really?? Nothing put democracy at risk more than his disgraceful, false Citizens United decision. First, he bought the obvious lie that unlimited funding would be transparent; then when the falsity became indisputable, he refused to correct. ZERO cred here.
