I recieved a DID diagnosis today. It feels like I've been ignored amd brushed off for far too long when trying to talk about it with professionals I have seen. Even the way I recieved the diagnosis felt like he just gave it toe to shut me up.

Been very stressed lately, starting to realize a lot of things that have been scaring me even. Kind of came to the realization that I may have a serious dissacociative disorder and am a system. Feels like I should have known for a long time and I questioned it for awhile but I think I know for sure.
