A few days ago I got kicked out as well for being too mentally unwell and I'm just unsure what to do. 🫠

Currently I do not have any professional help for this but hopefully I can get some soon

Have only been very recently been trying to have better communication and doing that is pretty stressful for me specifically but I'm really trying because I do realize how helpful it is.

Every time I have talked about this in the past with friends or medical professionals it almost seems like I haven't been believed but recently I have been spending a lot more time with people and some are really acknowlege it and some of my alters. It scares me but also has been very helpful.
