It's not always gonna be a fix, but if you can, investing in wrist braces and splints that you can tolerate wearing is a life saver.
I wear splints I can sleep in, so I can keep my hands from getting more fucked up as I sleep. It definitely helps but it's an uphill battle against everything I do DX
