That’s negotiation about oil. I believe that’s his logic. He’s not thinking about democratization of Venezuela, let alone narco-trafficking. Venezuela is not considered major drug producer & that only relatively small portion of global drugs trade flows through country.

That’s negotiation about oil. I believe that’s his logic. He’s not thinking about democratization of Venezuela, let alone narco-trafficking. Venezuela is not considered major drug producer & that only relatively small portion of global drugs trade flows through country.
