My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

Rescue Staff Check Recycling And Find 14 Animals Abandoned In Taped-Up Boxes
Late last month, rescue staff at the Humane Society of Greater Niagara went out to check the recycling and found something heartbreaking. There were four taped-up boxes and a small crate abandoned near the dumpsters. Combined, the boxes held 14 scared animals, waiting in the dark for help to arrive.
