Queuing at a DIY store, I was behind a chap buying a large prefabricated fencing panel. He turned round and caught me hard with the edge of it - he was profusely apologetic, but when I replied “It’s OK, I won’t take a fence”, absolutely nothing. 🤦

For art homework I spend the whole weekend drawing redesigns of the kit of all 92 football league teams. I loved doing it so much, and it looked very cool. When I got it back (all eight pages of it) the art teacher had written 'D - this is not Art'
what’s the longest time you’ve spent creating something for the smallest possible reward?
I spent a day writing a web-comic thing that got 12 likes but an exasperated "Christ, that's shite" comment on some AI nonsense has 300+ likes and counting.

Had enough of X. When it was Twitter it was great. Then the Temu Bond villain Elon Musk got his hands on it and turned it into a cesspool. Don't want to be associated with it. Hopefully more people join this.
