Columbus OH!
Beer, Bourbon and Bismarcks make a perfectly acceptable breakfast.
Trump and his administration will go down not only as likely the most corrupt in our history but definitely they will be judged as the most stupid.

Has anyone considered the rapture took place and no one was considered worthy?

It’s not difficult to find documentation of his bigotry. Anyone denying or excusing who he was is complicit in promoting that bigotry.

Wondering when Texas will make the the State Dept Take Extra Precautions Travel Advisory for Kidnapping or Hostage Taking and Terrorism.
Oh, that’s right - never, because these are Trump’s hostage takers and domestic terrorists.

Tom - You are a subject matter expert. I’m looking for recs on a comprehensive nat’l newspaper with good opinion pages to replace NYT and WaPo accts. I miss the Times and will soon miss the Post but …
I’ve been considering Globe, Tribune, Guardian or a combo.
Others?

Just had another comment rejected by WaPo (article on coffee prices). It seems it’s ok to post nonsense and lies but not ok to call out another poster for doing so.
There must be style guide that forbids hurting MAGA feelings.

Yep. It’s an all out assault on the poor and middle class.
No explanation needed.

T’s admin will go down as the most corrupt and incompetent in history.
The only things he’s good at it is inflicting pain on and stealing from the Public.
"If Trump can take a $400 million foreign bribe, what’s next? A multibillion-dollar palace to replace the WH he gets when he leaves office? The scale of corruption is disgusting, the lack of enforcement a reminder we’re being held hostage by a lawless regime." www.americaamerica.news/p/snapshot-t...

Driving across Kansas, I was disturbed by the far too many roadside signs suggesting I’m going to Hell.

The only thing more disturbing was the equally prevalent signage supporting Trump which confirmed the thought I was already there.

(Missouri wasn’t any better.)

It was clear then, it is clear now: corporate greed is a plague on us all.

The goal is to replace NOAA with a billionaire’s subscription service to get weather alerts.
NOAA is reportedly on the DOGE chopping block.

The National Weather Service, which is part of NOAA, provides life saving weather forecasting in the US.

A study found that for every $1 invested in NWS, it produces $73 in value to Americans.

Again, this isn't about efficiency.

Yep. Anyone with a even passing knowledge of economics understands Trump’s Tariffs are a bad idea.
I asked Grok (the fav AI bot of the owner of that other site) what history tells us will come from Trump’s tariffs. The answer:

1) increased prices
2) reduction in GDP
3) job displacement
4) trade wars
5) supply chain displacement
6) political favoritism

You own all of this, GOP. All of it.
