Obviously I would like to see Mamdani fully succeed in his endeavors as NYC mayor, but even just seeing someone in a relatively high profile political office who is firmly and outspokenly in the "better things ARE possible" camp is a refreshing first step towards actually getting there.

I'm really glad that the folks who made Expedition 33 decided to firmly veto the use of genAI after some experimentation and I do think it's still an excellent game worth buying and playing, but I also think that it's still fair and valid to have awards revoked for technically lying about genAI use.
