It's a bummer I never knew much till around the time of my Grandpa's passing, (tho I did get to ask him things personally) and I'm so curious, I love knowing history cause it's so...scattered. And hard to dig up but feels like a cool peek into the past.

Oh interesting question yeah! I think my Grandpa on my dad's side came over himself in the 30's or 40's from Italy, and on my Mom's side we can date our fam back to the revolutionary war and earlier. (Unsure on heritage, I gotta get my Nana's records which she did extensive digging!)

oh god some of the things I bore witness to being in the vcl and early DA furry communities. I've always been curious yet afraid of some old stuff being dug up on folks, some of that stuff was so traumatic especially the rise of Encyclopedia Dramatica and all the furs that were put on blast on there
