The 6th Amendment guarantees defendants the right to be tried by a jury from the same state/district where the crime allegedly happened. Upholding that right for a crime committed in this swath of Yellowstone would be impossible.

Seeing some shares calling this headline clickbait but "DEI for owls" is a direct quote from an elected senator. 🤷‍♂️
Under the 30-year management plan, qualified personnel must confirm the presence of barred owls before certified “removal specialists” shoot the birds. Roughly 15,000 barred owls would be euthanized annually.
